What a Repair Visit Covers

  1. 1.HVAC system repairs are performed based on the results of a preliminary diagnostic (Service Call).
  2. 2.Detailed approval of the repair scope, repair plan, and repair cost before any work begins.
  3. 3.Repair or replacement of identified faulty system components.
  4. 4.Use of original or compatible certified replacement parts.
  5. 5.Verification of proper operation of all affected system components.
  6. 6.Mandatory equipment testing after completion of the repair.

  8. 8.Warranty is provided for completed work and replaced components within the scope of the performed repair.

Important

In some cases, full system diagnostics may be limited due to failure of critical equipment components.

If critically faulty components are identified, their replacement may be required as the first step to restore system operation and allow further diagnostics.

After the equipment is returned to operation, additional issues may be discovered that could not be identified before system startup. Any additional work is discussed with the customer separately and billed separately.

Stuff we won't do

What We Won't Do on a Repair Call

  • We do not replace parts “guessing” the problem — proper diagnostics come first.
  • We do not recommend full system replacement when repair is still a reasonable option.
  • We do not hide repair scope or pricing before starting work.
  • We do not use temporary fixes where a proper technical repair is required.

How the visit goes

Why Customers Choose NARTA HVAC for Repairs

  1. 01

    Phone diagnostic

A real technician picks up. We ask the right questions to know whether it's urgent and what to put on the truck before dispatch.

  2. 02

    Direct technician service

The same technician handles the job from diagnosis to completion. We do not pass projects between different crews or subcontractors.

  3. 03

    Written estimate, then repair

You see the line items before we touch the system. Approve the repair and the $130 diagnostic comes off the total.

The NARTA HVAC team was incredibly helpful with a small project to clean two of my window AC units. They responded within the hour to my inquiry and confirmed an appointment within one business day. They were on time and very easy to work with. They disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled my window units, showing me photos of the inside of the units. It was a seamless experience and will be back for future needs.

Very impressed with the guys. They replaced a faulty capacitor and cleaned the condenser coil, bringing our AC back to like-new performance. What could have turned into a full system replacement was resolved quickly and at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

I don’t really understand much about AC systems, but they explained everything in a simple way and made me feel comfortable. They checked both of my systems before the summer and found an issue in one of them, which they fixed. Everything is working great now. Thank you for the good work! I definitely recommend NARTA HVAC.

One of my window AC units stop cooling good. They are pretty old so I was thinking maybe I need to replace them, but I am not ready for that now. I called NARTA HVAC and they come to check. They just cleaned the units and now everything works again like before. I didn’t know cleaning can make such big difference. Thank you for helping me, I will call them again if I need.

The heating in our restaurant stopped working. I called on Friday evening, and the next day the team came out and took a look at the system. They ran a full diagnostic, found a small issue and fixed it pretty quickly. They also gave some helpful recommendations on how to avoid this problem in the future. What I liked most is that NARTA HVAC focused on finding the exact cause of the problem instead of trying to replace everything. That actually saved me money. I'm planning to replace the whole system soon and will definitely work with them again.
