How to request a COI for your project
1. Gather Building Requirements
Obtain the sample COI or the required certificate holder details from your building manager or super. This should list:
- Certificate Holder Name & Address (usually building management company)
- Additional Insured names (usually building association, co-op board, or owner name)
- Specific endorsement requirements if any.
2. Send Requirements to Us

3. We Dispatch & Upload
