They were so quick to respond and I was able to get an appointment when I needed. They were on time and so thorough and thoughtful. I can’t recommend them enough. I will be using them again and again!

The work done by these guys was second-to-none. And both reasonable and affordable given that I’m in a 5th floor walk up in Midtown. I searched them up and based on the excellent reviews (and detailed pics), I made an appointment to have two of my window ac units cleaned. Communication was great, showed up exactly on time, and ended up needing to work an additional 90 minutes because my units are low profile - not typical at all. The units purr like kittens now. Definitely having them return next year so my window units never look like a horror movie again.

Would highly recommend this company. I had them come and do a routine maintenance / inspection of my house ductless minisplit system. Great comms via Whatsapp, and did not do anything that wasn't necessary. I will be using them again the future

These guys are very professional, I requested help with my central air situation and a dryer situation. They got the job done promptly and efficiently, helpful in explaining the situation as they worked. I will definitely work with them in the future for heating and future central air upgrade.

I’m so grateful to NARTA & Yaroslav. My Midea window unit wasn’t draining correctly, despite having it repaired by Midea, and it became incredibly moldy inside. My apartment is also dark, so I had no idea until it was really bad. I discovered that on a Saturday, called NARTA immediately, and they made time to come first thing Monday morning and deep clean the unit. Yaroslav was prompt, professional, and kind! The cleaning was faster than I expected, too. Yaroslav even fixed the previous repair to ensure the unit actually drains now! I can’t recommend NARTA highly enough. My asthmatic cat & I feel better and will absolutely use NARTA in the future.

Narta HVAC was great to work with! Scheduling was easy over text - they had same-week availability - and the technicians arrived within the scheduled hour and were extremely professional and capable. They uninstalled our window units, took them outside, cleaned them, and reinstalled them. The cleaning was super thorough. The whole process took about 2.5 hours. The price they quoted was comparable to other quotes I’d received - $250 per unit, plus a $50 discount for the second unit (July 2026). Would definitely work with them again!

They did a great job cleaning our air conditioners and even gave us a discount because one of the ACs was not as bad as the others. NARTA arrived in a timely manner and worked thoroughly on our units. 100% recommend for anyone thinking of getting their ACs cleaned. Will be hiring them again for future services!

After trying to connect with 3 other HVAC companies unsuccessfully, I am so glad we found Natra HVAC. Extremely responsive and polite - the service was exceptional. The team took care to clean and properly vent 2 units which were new but installed incorrectly. They were also very careful with our furniture and everything was put back exactly as it was. Fantastic team - we had a great experience with their company.

I hired NARTA to clean my AC wall units and dryer. They went above and beyond to help me fix an additional issue with my thermostat, and were professional, efficient, and most importantly, did an excellent job! I will certainly be calling them again.

Typical of older brownstones: plenty of heat downstairs, not so much up above. NARTA came and reconfigured the ducts coming out of the furnace to get better balance and airflow to all rooms, not just the lucky few. Really happy with their service and professionalism.

Fantastic experience, I was really intimidated to call anyone for an AC window unit cleaning that I had been procrastinating on for years, and it was also hard to find someone who does window unit cleaning specifically, at least with online Google searches. I'm so glad I took the chance and called Narta HVAC. They were communicative, clear and honest with their pricing, and went above and beyond by coming early and doing extra unplanned work of replacing 2 other AC units and even taking the old ones so I didn't have to deal with them. Pricing was more than reasonable, and I couldn't be happier with their work. I will be calling them again for my AC maintenance needs. My procrastinating days are over!

The NARTA HVAC team was incredibly helpful with a small project to clean two of my window AC units. They responded within the hour to my inquiry and confirmed an appointment within one business day. They were on time and very easy to work with. They disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled my window units, showing me photos of the inside of the units. Very impressed with the guys. They replaced a faulty capacitor and cleaned the condenser coil, bringing our AC back to like-new performance. What could have turned into a full system replacement was resolved quickly and at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Very professional, honest and clearly knowledgeable in what they do. Communication was also great. They did a thorough diagnostic of over units and mini split system, we also did a deep cleaning of our a/c wall mount units. They are now very clean and work great! Will definitely use NARTA again!
