Terms of Service

1. Bookings & Service Estimations

All service estimates, bookings, and diagnostic visits scheduled online or by phone are subject to availability and scheduling capacity. We aim to contact you within 1 business hour to confirm appointments, but confirmation is subject to our dispatch workload. In case of emergency scheduling conflicts, we will notify you of dispatch delays immediately.

2. Diagnostics, Pricing & Credit Terms

We apply an upfront diagnostic pricing policy to ensure transparency:

• Diagnostic Visit: The initial diagnostic visit has a starting floor price of $130, which covers arrival and fault inspection.
• Diagnostic Credit: If you approve the repair work during the same diagnostic visit, the diagnostic fee is fully credited to the cost of the repair.
• Estimates: Written estimates provided on-site are valid for 30 days. Estimates provided without visual inspection (e.g. phone consultations) are directional only.

3. Payments

Payment for diagnostics and repairs is due immediately upon completion of the work on-site, unless pre-arranged under corporate contract billing terms. We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payments. We reserve the right to withhold warranties or technical reports if payments are outstanding.

4. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

NARTA HVAC INC. warrants its labor and repair installations against structural failure or installation mistakes under a standard satisfaction guarantee. This warranty does not cover failures caused by equipment age, pre-existing equipment conditions, user misuse, or lack of standard filter cleanings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NARTA HVAC INC. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as business disruption, lost salon/restaurant bookings, or secondary property damage) arising out of system downtime or service delays.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of our services shall be brought exclusively in courts located in the State of New York.
